" It was a birthday present for my son. He had never shot before so was intrigued to find our how he would get on.
The safety talk and instruction given was excellent.
He was teamed up with 2 other guys and i am proud to say he was a pretty good shot.
A competing was then held between 2 groups,where he came first with only 2 clays missed!!
He thoroughly enjoyed his hour and said he wouldn't mind going again at some point.

" Having never fired a gun before in my life, (I am 70) I wasn't sure I would enjoy this experience, and half expected a sore shoulder at the end of it. However I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and no sore shoulder at the end. Instructor was good and conveyed instructions with a good mix of straight talking and humour."

We were all very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the instructors.
They made us feel welcome and confident that we could enjoy and compete at both activities.
The instructors also took the time to work with us as individuals to help us get the most from our day.

" I didn't book it originally, it was a gift. I was put on to local venue. On arrival, the welcome could not have been more friendly. My wife is a wheelchair user and special arrangements were immediately made so that we could get her close to the shoot. Graham, our instructor, was a lovely man, and was also concerned that my wife could watch. Not his fault that it suddenly poured with rain as we started. . Cannot fault the whole experience, my thanks to the whole team for helping to make my 60th birthday so special. Thank you."

Thank you for a fantastic afternoon doing clay pigeon shooting! For a large group of 35 people, you guys certainly ran the event so well - everyone felt included and no one was standing around. Our group thoroughly enjoyed it - so well organised and run on the day, especially for a big group. We would recommend The Big Shoot to anyone.
