If you already have a voucher, follow these steps to redeem
Step 1
Search For A Venue
Visit our redeem page and input your voucher code. From there you'll be able to see how much your voucher is worth, what activities it is redemmable against, and when it expires. You can then input the location of the venue you wish to visit and hit search.
Step 2
Select Your Package
Select from one of the many amazing packages that our venues offer. Your voucher can be used to cover the full cost or be used to contribute towards the experience. It can also be used to go towards group bookings if you want to bring your friends or family!
Step 3
Pick Your Dates
Use our calendar booking widget to see what dates are available for your selected package. Be aware that some venues may want you there before the booked time to allow for inductions and safety briefings, so give yourself plenty of time before the big event!
Step 4
Input Your Code
Once you have your package and dates locked in, go through the booking process and when prompted add your voucher code. You'll see the price drop by the voucher value. If you're experience is less than the value of your voucher, the remaining will stay on your code and can be used towards any of our other experiences in the future.

addMost of our vouchers are valid for a period of 24 months. Vouchers purchased in the lead up to Christmas will have an extended validity so that they are valid for 24 months from christmas day. This can be extended for a small handling fee as long as the vouchers are still in date.
